WiFi Calling: Troubleshooting and Activation on iPhone
Missing WiFi Calling Feature? Contact Your Carrier
If you're unable to locate the WiFi Calling option in your iPhone's settings, it's likely that your carrier does not support this feature. Contact your carrier to confirm and explore other options for making calls over Wi-Fi.
Activating WiFi Calling on iPhone
Step 1: Ensure Compatibility
Make sure that both your iPhone and carrier support WiFi Calling. Check with your carrier or the iPhone User Guide for compatibility information.
Step 2: Access Settings
Navigate to "Settings" on your iPhone and tap "Phone".
Step 3: Enable WiFi Calling
Scroll down to "Wi-Fi Calling" and toggle the switch to the "On" position.
Step 4: Confirm Activation
Once enabled, your iPhone will automatically attempt to connect to a nearby Wi-Fi network for calls. You may be prompted to enter your carrier's password or confirm your identity.
